Software Engineer
HR will reach out first to ask some basic questions. You'll then get an email to do an assessment. After that, there's a chill 1 hour interview with the manager. Mostly they'll ask about your past jobs and projects.
- Can you describe your previous work environment?
Software Engineer
It was pretty easy, everything went well and it wasn't too long. The interview session was under an hour. They gave me a technical task beforehand, so the interview was just a casual chat without any tests.
- Can you share some challenges you've encountered?
Programmer
So after I sent my application, the Branding and Sourcing team emailed me and asked me to do this online assessment as the first screening. They gave me two days to finish it once I got the email. The assessment has parts for work-related behaviour and interests, numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning, and inductive logical thinking. They're all separate sections and I could do them whenever I wanted within the two days. If you're not used to these kinds of tests, I'd suggest practicing beforehand. Their support team was super quick to respond and really helpful, so don't hesitate to ask if anything about the assessment is confusing.
