Graduate Program
First, you need to get past the online assessments, which include about 5 different tests like numerical reasoning and verbal reasoning. After that, you'll be split into 4 groups for a case study discussion. You'll get a case study question and have 1 hour to discuss and make slides. Then, you'll present for 30 minutes, and your ideas will be marked. The question was about digital banking. Next, there's an interview, but I didn't make it to that stage. My teammates were better than me. Hope this helps those who get shortlisted. Good luck! Make sure to study the materials they give you.
- Tell me why you think you should be hired.
- What do you think young people need these days?
Graduate Trainee
The interview started with introductions like 'introduce yourself', followed by broad questions and answers. Then there were position-related questions like 'if relate with academic studies'. The conclusion was to 'sk for a business card so you can send a thank you note with correct spellings and address'.
- Why are you interested in this opportunity?
Graduate Program
I applied online and then got notified that I needed to take an online assessment. This assessment is for people who think really fast. It's impossible to finish all the questions in 10-12 minutes because you have to read the excerpts and then answer the questions. Also, this job isn't related to my course of study at all. It's very different from the job requirements, but I applied anyway just to see how I'd do on the assessment.
