Recruitment Specialist
The interview process was alright, with questions that weren't too challenging. There were two interview rounds, which felt reasonable and typical for most companies.
- Can you outline your current job duties and responsibilities?
Director of Talent Acquisition
I had one day of interviews internally where I met with Talent Acquisition, potential teammates and the market leader. Before I came I did complete the personality test they take called PI, Predictive Index. It felt strange, but gave a ton of insightful information to both RGP and me. I received my verbal offer the next day, but it did take several days to actually get the written official offer.
- What motivates you?
Recruiter
I interviewed with the director of recruiting. They asked a lot about my background and skills, and had me rate myself on them. They also wanted to know how I would recruit for their clients and what level I've recruited on before. The director was very direct about the job details since it's a new role. I'll be reporting to two different directors and will be doing both internal recruiting and client recruiting.
- Can you share a challenging recruiting situation you handled for a client and how you resolved it?
- Tell me about your background and skills.
- On a scale of one to ten, how would you rate your recruiting skills?
