The interview process was pretty straightforward. The interviewers were really friendly and professional. Keep in mind that for new grads, there's a writing assessment you need to do. Also, they don't sponsor visas, so if you're an international student, this probably isn't the right fit unless they've changed their policy.

I started by submitting my resume and cover letter online. Then, I was sent a writing test to complete. The rest of the process involved several video interviews. I had around 3 to 4 video interviews, and most of them were with two interviewers each. While the interviews were formal, there was also room for discussion, and I often got to steer the conversations. The entire process spanned about two months, from my application in December/January to receiving the offer in late February/early March. I really liked the interviews because talking with current employees gave me new perspectives on different aspects of PR.
