I had an initial 30-minute chat, and then after a week, I got a strategic assignment to do in a week. After that, it was quiet for two weeks before I had my third interview where I discussed the assignment with two team members. The final interview was with the company president and lasted about 45 minutes.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. The interviewers were really friendly and professional. Keep in mind that for new grads, there's a writing assessment you need to do. Also, they don't sponsor visas, so if you're an international student, this probably isn't the right fit unless they've changed their policy.

The interview process for the Associate Program seems long - writing assignment and 3 rounds of interviews - but I liked how each step was different and didn't feel redundant because each step focused on something different, and they were good about leaving time to answer my questions.

This interview process with RF Binder took forever, from November to May! It started with a one-on-one chat, then a hefty 6-page project/paper. After that, I had to go to the office in April for interviews with about 5 different people. I thought they wouldn't bring many people to the final round, but nope, over 20 of us were up for only 4 positions. It's a super time-consuming and drawn-out process, especially considering the low pay. The people seemed nice though.
