Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds.
Project Specialist
They called me in for a test in their testing room. There were about 10 to 15 others taking the test at the same time. After I finished the test, the receptionist at the testing center asked me if I could stay for an interview. I was 1 of 2 or 3 people who got an immediate interview. After that interview, they asked if I could stay for a second interview, but I had class and couldn't. They scheduled the second interview for the next day. I finished that one and had a final interview with the director over Skype.

Implementation Specialist
The interview process was pretty long but was a standard behavioral interview. You should definitely get ready with STAR questions to answer during the process. They asked a lot of questions about past experiences too.
- Can you share an instance where you encountered a challenge?
- Describe a challenging situation you experienced previously.
- Tell me about a time you overcame a difficulty.
Chat Specialist
The interview wasn't bad. I had to do a typing test and an online test while on zoom and the recruiter watched. Then she asked a few interview questions. After the fact, I got an email saying I was selected for the next round. I needed to do my background and drug screening. I completed and passed both. Then I got an email that stated I wasn't selected for the position. Totally a waste of time!! I emailed the recruiter and never got a response back.
- What could I offer the company?
- How would I handle a difficult client?
