Applied on Indeed on July 26th and got a reply on the 30th from the Senior Recruiting Coordinator with the next steps, finished those, and got another reply the same day. Then, on the 31st, a recruiter called, asked some basic questions, gave a quick overview of the role, and confirmed everything was alright. The next day, she emailed to set up a Zoom interview, which was scheduled for that Thursday. I heard back on Monday and set it up for Wednesday. On Wednesday, we started the Zoom interview but had to switch to a phone call due to her internet problems. The call ended well, and she mentioned forwarding my application to the hiring manager. By Monday, I got an update via Indeed that the employer didn't select me. Although I didn't get the job, the interview process was okay, and I got a status update, which is better than many companies leaving you in the dark. At least they let applicants know they can move on.

I applied through the website for three jobs and got an email saying they were interested, but I wasn't sure which position. Then I got a link for a three-part assessment: one part asked about job preferences out of three options (about 65 questions), another was an aptitude test with math problems, and the last was a personality test. The day after I finished, they emailed to set up an interview. It took about a week to schedule because of the holidays. The interview went well, and the interviewer was really nice. They said my paperwork would go to the IT department and they'd call if they were interested. About two days later, I got the rejection email, but they said they'd keep my résumé.

Applied online. Was asked to take remote personality and intelligence/cognitive recognition analysis test. Passed baseline tests and was called by recruiter. Recruiter asked if I wanted to come in or do a video re-test. Drove in for proctored retest, was scheduled for immediate interview with Director after passing again. During interview with Director, Director realized I may be a better fit in the Information Security department and had that team manager join us. Was interviewed by the manager and was given the choice of joining either the Information Operations or Information Security teams. Chose the Security team, manager and I spent more time going over standard questions and me getting more information about the Information Security team. She brought in the Vice President of Information Technology for final interview and salary negotiation. We had a good talk and came to a agreement on salary. HR Recruiter came in to take paperwork authorizing background check, credit check, and performed oral drug test. Received call with job offer one week later, salary was changed to 12% less that agreed on with VP. Had HR recruiter contact VP to verify the offer and asked for contact information to do the same. Was denied his contact information and received a call back one hour later with verification of salary reduction.
