I had a brief call to verify my schooling status. After that, I had a meeting with HR and I'm currently waiting to hear back from the IT department. They asked me some basic questions about how I found out about the company and what I thought I could bring to the team.

I found this internship by applying on the company's website after they came to my college campus to recruit. I received an email and a phone call inviting me to come in for a personality and aptitude test. It took a while, but it must have been effective because I got along really well with my future coworkers. Then I was contacted again for an interview. I had an initial chat with a recruiter, followed by a Skype interview with the person who would be my boss. I heard back after the interview, but I had to wait three months to find out about an offer because they don't decide on interns until January. The recruiting staff and everyone involved in the interview process were very pleasant and helpful.

I applied via email for an internship and was asked to complete online ethics and skills assessments. After passing those, I had a Skype interview, and then was asked to fill out a 'Long Form' application. Once all my information was received, I was called in to take the assessments in person. The aptitude test was straightforward. Afterwards, I toured the facility and was told to wait for an interview. The interviewer eventually arrived, but it turned out the position was completely different from what I initially applied for. The whole process took a long time and seemed disorganized, making me question the company's structure. Given the negative reviews, I'm glad I didn't get a job there.
