I initially applied for a job through my college's career center, but an HR rep reached out and asked if I'd be interested in this role instead. So, we moved forward with that. After they got my application, I had to take an aptitude test that included algebra, pattern matching, and some general knowledge. Then, I had a Skype chat with an HR recruiter who was really friendly and seemed to love her job. After that, they ran a credit and driving check since the job involves a lot of driving. Next, I interviewed on Skype with the hiring manager and then the VP overseeing the position. Both seemed really happy with their jobs and the company, and were super welcoming. Following that, I had to retake some parts of the aptitude test but with a proctor, met with two more VPs, and underwent a drug and background screening. The company really invests in their employees, so they're serious about hiring good people. They want to get to know you personally, so showing your personality is key.

After applying via email they sent me a link to a website where I had to take a very long test that asked general questions from geography, history, math, to logic puzzles. This took over an hour to finish and was quite a burden. After this I had to take a separate morality exam where they asked how I felt about people who used drugs and alcohol, arrived to work late, etc. The questions were sometimes ambiguously worded so it wasn't clear which answer was positive and which was negative. I also did a face to face skype interview with a girl who was very nice but only asked scripted questions and did not tailor the interview to my resume or even me personally.

After submitting my resume, I got a call pretty quickly. It was basically to confirm I knew what the job was about and if I could go to Houston for 4 months of training. Then, they sent over a test that took about 2 hours. After that, I had a Skype interview that lasted an hour. While I was waiting to hear back from the hiring managers, I had to take another test, this one proctored by a recruiter on Skype, which also took an hour. Less than three days later, I got an automated email saying I didn't make it to the next round. Felt like a total waste of my time.
