The process started with a recruiter reaching out via email. I had to complete a Wonderlic test. Then the recruiter called me at my job, asking about my salary expectations. I told her the range from Glassdoor and the job description, and also mentioned travel would be as needed. She said she'd follow up in two days, but after I emailed twice with no response, I got a generic rejection email. It's no wonder companies like Cox Automotive, CDK/ADP, and Tekion are doing better than Reynolds.

First, I had to do an assessment test. Then, there was a phone interview. After that, I had to take the same assessment test again, which felt strange because the first one went fine. It felt like they didn't trust us, and these tests are long, like an hour each. I had to get Skype on my phone and point it at my computer while I took the test the second time. I did well on both tests, but then I never heard back from them. A few weeks later, I got a super generic, badly spelled form letter. After all that wasted time and feeling distrusted, I decided I wouldn't accept an offer and couldn't imagine doing business with them.

The hiring process is pretty straightforward. First, you chat with a recruiter, then you complete an aptitude test. After that, there are a few interviews. The test isn't too bad if you're applying for the right kind of job, but it might be tough if you're not. Honestly, all the bad reviews are just from people who weren't ready for the role. It's that simple. If you don't like it here, you can always look for work elsewhere. We have a pretty low acceptance rate because we're looking for great people who will fit our company culture. This doesn't mean you're not a good person somewhere else, but it does mean you probably won't succeed here.
