First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Reyes Holdings.
HR
Pretty average remote interview. Two interviews total. Each interview lasted for an hour and I got a response within the week. More efficient process than other places I've experienced. One interview with a recruiter, and the other with a panel.
- What do you know about our organization?
HR
First, there was a screening to see if I was interested and a potential fit. Then, I had a short chat with a senior executive where I got some good info about the company and its values.
- What's making you seek a different job?
- What's the reason you're wanting to exit your present position?
Human Resources
Applied online and got referred by a long-term employee. Got an email to set up a phone interview a few days later. Heard back within a day or so to set up the next round, which was a Zoom call with the VP. After that, got another invite within a couple of days for the next Zoom call. The hiring manager said they wanted to move quickly, so I scheduled the next interview on short notice for Friday morning. I followed up the next Monday to say thanks. Then, I followed up on Wednesday for feedback because I hadn't heard anything and the hiring manager mentioned they were looking to set up final interviews Mon-Wed. No response all week. I finally followed up two weeks after my last chat with the hiring manager for an update. They responded saying an offer had been accepted by someone else. So, after three interviews with quick responses at first, I had to follow up multiple times to get an answer. It would have been nice to get an update.
- Can you share an instance where you had a disagreement with leadership and how you resolved it?
