First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Reyes Holdings.
HR
Pretty average remote interview. Two interviews total. Each interview lasted for an hour and I got a response within the week. More efficient process than other places I've experienced. One interview with a recruiter, and the other with a panel.

Logistics Analyst
I got a call from HR to talk about my background. Then, a manager called and liked my work history. After that, HR set up two Skype interviews with team leads and managers. The HR person had trouble with time zones, which made scheduling hard. We set up an interview, but I got an email saying I missed it because I was an hour late, but they were an hour early. The HR guy called, didn't apologize, and contacted one team lead. That interview went well. The next day, I had an interview with managers. The day before, HR called to check if I was ready. Later, HR emailed asking for another Skype interview with a different team lead because I missed the previous one. I couldn't do it that night. The interview was cancelled the next day with no explanation. The HR person's poor communication and inability to manage time zones caused issues.

Human Capital Generalist
The interview process felt like it dragged on way too long and they were super unresponsive, which was annoying since they said they needed someone ASAP, like in 2-3 weeks. It was supposed to be a 2-person interview, but one of them was literally scrolling through her phone the whole time and then just up and left mid-interview because she had another one to get to.
- Can you describe your key strengths and areas for development?
- Share an instance where you managed a challenging employee situation.
- How do you ensure you're current with the latest HR developments?
Human Resources Director
I was contacted by an HR Manager from No. California. I had a telephone interview that I thought was awesome! But I haven't heard back from them since. I was ghosted. It's really rude for candidates to spend time on a lengthy application and then a 45-minute screening call, only to be ghosted. It makes me wonder how they treat their actual employees if they treat potential employees this way. Shame on RCCB! Bad for their employment brand.
