Sales Associate
I had a one on one chat with the store manager. They asked some pretty standard questions. One thing they asked was, "How important do you think it is to maintain a neat, well groomed appearance when working in a retail setting?" The manager kinda suggested wearing makeup was a good idea, which I didn't love, but the rest of the interview went fine. I got an offer two days later. I accepted and ended up working there for 5 years, which was good because management changed a couple months after I started.
- Can you share an experience dealing with a challenging customer?
Sales Associate
I applied online and was called for an interview a couple days later. The interview itself was pretty straightforward and brief, lasting about 10 minutes. The interviewer was very relaxed, and it felt more like a casual conversation. They asked about my previous jobs and which one I enjoyed the most.
- Can you tell me about a time you had to work with someone you didn't agree with?
- Do you have any questions for me?
Sales Associate
I got a phone call for a phone interview, the person I spoke with was super nice. We chatted for about 20 minutes about my previous work experience, my medical situation, and how I'm applying for ODSP and the challenges I might have with work. She seemed really understanding and said she's totally willing to work around my medical needs to make things as easy as possible for me.
- Can you tell me about your experience as a supervisor?
