They talked to me about my job history and the roles I've had, then asked about my strengths and weaknesses. They also asked if I had experience with extra services like MedsChecks (both for diabetes and regular) and giving flu shots. No clinical questions were asked.

I applied for the job through Indeed and got a response pretty fast. They were good at keeping in touch. First, I had a phone call, and then I went in for an in-person interview at their location. It was a fairly quick interview with some general questions.

I had an interview with HR and the hiring manager, but they never got back to me after 4 weeks. They didn't provide any feedback. Not sure if I would work here as McKesson is trying to sell Rexall.

I had about three or four interviews with Rexall HR. One of them, the manager wanted to interview me in person, but he seemed clueless and kept getting distracted by people coming and going from Tim Hortons. He also kept saying he doesn't hire, HR does! It took them months to get back to me after each interview, and they weren't prompt at all, very slow corporate type of place. They asked the same questions over and over again, which shows they don't understand HR basics if they're interviewing me four times for the same position. The HR person also didn't grasp current pay rates, insisting my wage expectations were above average, which was untrue, disrespectful, and insulting coming from someone much younger than me.
