I interviewed for a continuous intern position with the Senior Director of CI and their managers. Although the initial role wasn't a perfect fit for my skills, the HR partner and Senior Director kindly offered me the chance to interview for other internship roles within the company. It was a really unique experience and showed me how invested the company is in developing talent. I feel Covanta is a company where you can really grow and reach your full potential.
