I got a quick reply to my application and had the chance to interview within the same week. The interview was very pleasant, and I was assured I could speak up if anything wasn't right. I was clearly told about my tasks and what the first days and regular routine would be like. Overall, I'm very happy with the nice chat and got the job.

My manager's first impression of me was very positive. We complemented each other well in terms of questions and answers. We let each other speak, and overall it felt very familial. He asked me about my strengths and weaknesses concerning my area of deployment. After all, I applied as a salesperson, but checkout was never my thing. They were understanding about that. Since I'm a cheerful person from Cologne, sales in the service department really appealed to me. That's where I ended up staying.

The interview process was structured, making the job duties clear and making me feel welcome. The company cares about finding employees who will stay long-term, not just for a few months. It was also clear that the company values employee well-being and openly asks for suggestions for improvement.
