I applied online and they emailed me the next day to set up a phone interview for the following week. It went well, and they asked me to come in for an interview. We were emailing back and forth to set it up, but they never actually scheduled it. Then, after a week and a half of me trying to get a hold of them (they weren't replying), they finally let me know they went with someone else.
