Customer Service Representative
I applied on LinkedIn and 3 days later I got an email with the tests that are needed for the role, and scheduled a virtual interview the day after with Christa. She was very nice to speak to, asked my experiences in retail, customer service and remote work as well as a few questions about my thoughts on OT, how I handled challenges in previous roles and what interested me in the job. It was overall the best interview experience I’ve had with a large company, and made me feel excited about the opportunity to work for Revolve.

Customer Service Representative
So I was contacted for an assessment and a verbal interview, but it didn't happen. I scheduled it and got ghosted twice. When I followed up, they gave excuses for why it didn't happen. I was so disappointed by their unprofessionalism that I didn't bother reaching out again. They reposted the job on LinkedIn, so I tried again to see if I could get an interview, but I got the usual "we picked someone else." At this point, I'm disgusted with the company and told them to remove my information.
- How would you handle customer inquiries?
Customer Service Representative
I applied online on the REVOLVE website and got a call about 2-3 weeks later from one of their recruiters to schedule an in-person interview the next day. On the phone, the recruiter basically told me I would most likely get the job and started to talk to be about hours and pay. When I got to the HQ, I went into a computer lab to take a typing test as well as a quick questionnaire. Both were very easy and then the recruiter took me to a meeting room. The recruiter told me a specific manager was going to interview me, but instead, it was two different people. One was dressed very professional, and the other was dressed down in sweats. They asked simple questions and the conversation was very personable and took about thirty minutes. They told me they would be in contact and if I had any questions to contact with the recruiter. I asked when the possible time frame to hear back was and all they said was "soon" and I had emailed the recruiter the same question a few hours after the interview. I never got a reply to my email and I just think that is SUPER unprofessional to have your interviewees waiting weeks to know if you got the job or not so you can continue looking for more jobs.
- How do you feel about moving from retail to an e-commerce role, and what are the similarities and differences you see?
