Had a great initial interview with the recruiter at revolve. She was super nice the whole time. I then moved on to the next stages to talk with the manager at the Cerritos location.

Applied online through Indeed. It took them over a month to respond, but I figured it was the end of the year and they might be pausing hiring. I scheduled a phone interview with their recruiter. The day arrived, but 20 minutes later, I still hadn't received a call. I emailed her to ask what happened, and she just replied, "sorry, I got pulled into a last-minute meeting, let's reschedule!" After checking their Glassdoor reviews, I decided I wasn't interested in interviewing or working there, so I didn't reply. She emailed me again a few days later, "Hi! Really wanted to reschedule! Are you available?" After asking about pay, which is low for the position, I decided I'd interview for practice anyway. I am waiting for her to call as I type this, and she's 11 minutes late again.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied in Febuary and heard back two weeks later for an HR phone interview. The HR person was super nice and professional the whole time, asking about my experience and telling me about the job. A week after that, I got to interview with my potential manager at their Cerritos office. It felt like a casual chat, covering things like my career, goals, experience, and personality. Then came the final interview and a writing test with both the VP of Marketing and Buying and my potential manager. Everyone was really friendly, though the whole thing was a bit nerve-wracking with so many interviews. It all took about two months, from Febuary to April. I'm super excited to join the copywriting team!
