Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Revolutionary Home Health.
Registered Nurse
Had a phone call to start, where they talked about the job and hours. Then another call to schedule the in-person interview and get the offer via email. Had to do the usual clearances and health screening for mmr, hep b, tb, and an FBI background check. They got back to me fast and it was a good experience all around.
- Can you tell me about your qualifications and experience? Are you willing to travel and agree to be on call?
- Which territory were you looking to cover, and do you have any issues working with COVID + patients?
Registered Nurse
The interview was very thorough. We talked a lot about the company, the expectations employees should have, and what the employer offers. They asked about my experience and motivation. They also told me about the orientation process. We reviewed what the company is looking for to supplement their team. They spoke about their philosophy of care and asked if I agreed with it. They were very thorough with their questions; it seems they are looking for staff that really want to focus on quality patient care. They asked if I was comfortable with driving.
- What is your motivation for pursuing this line of work?
Nurse
It was a really thorough and informative process. They asked smart questions and gave a good overview of the job, what's needed for it, what they expect from staff, and what staff can expect from them. Now that I work here, I can confirm they're honest and follow through on their promises. They do background checks and ask for references. They're looking for good people who want a career, not just a job, and they treat you professionally throughout the interview, hiring, and even after.
- Where do you envision yourself in five years?
