First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Revolutionary Home Health.
Clinical Educator
I applied on indeed.com and submitted my resume. When I got to the office, I had to fill out a paper application. After that, I had my interview.
- Given a clinical scenario, how would you respond?
Registered Nurse
The interview was very thorough. We talked a lot about the company, the expectations employees should have, and what the employer offers. They asked about my experience and motivation. They also told me about the orientation process. We reviewed what the company is looking for to supplement their team. They spoke about their philosophy of care and asked if I agreed with it. They were very thorough with their questions; it seems they are looking for staff that really want to focus on quality patient care. They asked if I was comfortable with driving.
- What is your motivation for pursuing this line of work?
Physical Therapist
I had an interview with the physical therapist director, who actually quit a couple of weeks after I started. They told me I'd get $40/hour, but the contract said $32. The director read questions from a paper and wrote down my answers; it felt pretty impersonal.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Field Staff
The interview is a good length and they are flexible if you need to travel for the application and interview. Lots of people apply because it's a great place to work, but the jobs are competitive. The team is professional and friendly and will answer any questions you have.
- What is your opinion on how your current boss performs their job?
