Research Associate
It was more of a getting to know me session. It wasn't super technical, but they did dive deep into my experiences and asked me to talk about my skills. The first interview was a zoom call with the hiring manager, and the second interview was on-site with the entire team, which also included a lab tour.

Research Associate
I had a call with the hiring manager, which went pretty well. The next day, HR contacted me to set up several 30-minute Zoom meetings with other team members. Since it was still during Covid, there were no in-person interviews. Everyone was pretty nice and easy to chat with. I got an offer about a week after the interviews.

The interview process has 3 rounds. You'll speak with HR, the hiring manager, and the team. A seminar might be required. If it's a research role, they'll show you the lab. They're open to discussing career development and want to know your career goals.
