Since they needed someone quickly, I interviewed straight with the hiring manager. We talked about my resume and some of my past work, then they asked me some behavioral questions. Finally, I had to do a quick demand planning problem, which I solved using a calculator.

Had a phone interview first, and then about two weeks later, I was called in for a face-to-face interview. This one was with five people and lasted for four hours, but it went by really quickly. Everyone was super approachable, and it didn't feel like an interrogation, which is how a lot of interviews can feel.
