Behavioral Presentation

I applied online to Revlon, and after two weeks, I had a phone interview with the Senior Recruiter. It went well, and they suggested I come in for an interview with the hiring manager and leadership team. It took a month to set up that interview, and I was one of four people interviewing over seven days. The recruiter said I'd hear back in about ten days with feedback and next steps. It's been over a month since the interview, and I haven't heard anything back after following up twice. Total ghosting!

Behavioral Presentation

It was a pretty long process. Started with HR, then a marketing person the next week. Waited two weeks, then met another marketing person and had to prep a presentation for marketing and HR people. After all that and a tough presentation, they never got back to me. I asked for feedback since I spent 6+ hours interviewing, but heard nothing back. They were nice, but the lack of communication makes me wonder about the work environment. Glad I got a job elsewhere that was faster.

I got referred by a placement agency, and then we had a Skype chat. It was about an hour long with two brand managers asking me stuff. Pretty standard questions about my personality, my past work, and some more difficult, in-depth marketing questions.
