First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Revlon, Inc..
Financial Analyst
I was contacted by someone from 'tel' for an interview. I had an interview with the HR department, then with the manager. They got back to me by phone a few days later. I wasn't selected, but the person who contacted me explained why, and the reasons were objective and valid.
- What type of reporting have you implemented in your current role?
Financial Analyst
Recruiter called me for a phone interview and said she would schedule an in-person interview for the next week. Two weeks later, she actually did. I went in and interviewed with two people. They were nice and polite, and they really emphasized that working overtime is the norm at the company. Afterwards, the recruiter spoke with me and said a decision on the next round would be made quickly. Three weeks later, no response, so I guess I didn't get it.
- Can you tell me about your resume?
Financial Analyst
Tough interview, a mix of behavioral and technical questions. Started with a phone screening, then a chat with the Hiring Manager, and finally an interview with the Director. Everyone was really nice and professional, which made for a pretty smooth experience overall.
- Could you start by telling me a bit about yourself?
- What have been some of your biggest challenges?
- What makes you want to work for this company?
