The interview process at Revinate was good. It started with a call with the engineering manager, which had a short live coding part. Then, I had a talk with the project manager, followed by a design system interview and a technical interview covering different topics. The interviewers were all nice and professional. It was a great experience overall.

The recruiter was upfront and honest throughout the entire process, both before and after interviews. The engineering team posed tough questions, and I generally liked the process. The steps were: 1. A call with the recruiter. 2. An interview over the phone with the Engineering Lead. 3. Another phone interview with a Senior Engineer. 4. Finally, an on-site interview with the Product Director and some Engineers.

This was by far the most unprofessional interview I've ever had, I have never felt so disrespected in my life. My phone interviewer was not engaged the entire time. It seemed from the very beginning that he was doing something simultaneously. Even worse, about halfway through he, very non-tactfully, made up an excuse to end the interview. This was sad as Revinate was a company I was really excited about because of the reviews I actually saw on here from employees.
