Behavioral Technical Presentation Case

The interview started with a 30-minute recruiter call, then a 30-minute 1:1 with the Hiring Manager. Candidates who passed the HM round received a take-home assignment, which they presented to a panel. This was followed by several 1:1 meetings with cross-functional team leads. I really enjoyed talking to the recruiter and the hiring manager; they were both respectful and patiently answered all my questions. The HM interview actually went over, from 30 minutes to an hour, and was quite interesting with questions about my past projects and some product design challenges. My overall rating comes from the recruiting team's post-interview feedback. I was hoping for specifics on where I didn't meet the HM's expectations to help me improve, but I got a vague 'better candidates' response even after asking through their feedback form and a separate email. It felt like they weren't keen on providing detailed feedback for rejected candidates, though they did say they'd keep my resume for future openings.

Behavioral Technical

So after the first phone screen for this job, I had a meeting set up with the hiring manager. But the manager didn't show up. And then, after I'd been waiting 20 minutes, someone finally told me the meeting would have to be rescheduled. Then, after I went through three rounds of interviews and got to the final stage, a recruiter told me they'd have a decision in about a week. But then two weeks passed with no word from the recruiters. The only thing I got from Revinate after they said a decision was coming was a survey for candidates. I never got any official notice saying I didn't get the job. Really bad process, or maybe the recruiting team is just clueless, but either way, I wouldn't suggest interviewing with this company.

Behavioral Technical

It started with a recruiter call as a first screen. Then, they set up a panel interview. Some parts were about soft skills, others were more technical. One of the interviewers didn't show up for a meeting, and it was really hard to get a hold of people at Revinate to figure out what was happening. I ended up rescheduling that one. Everything else went fine. I got a call about my availability to start, and the internal recruiter told me they'd be making a decision soon. After that, I didn't hear anything. My process just stopped there. No follow-up calls, no communication, nothing. I still have no idea what happened.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was great, I was always given details of the next step, and most of the interviewers were nice and all on time. They were all professional and friendly, especially the US team and the other Director of Sales sitting in the Amsterdam office. They seem to take their job at heart. I went to the final stages of the interview and was told that I would be contacted by the hiring manager for the next step. Unfortunately I only received a plain template email by HR with no feedback saying that they found the right fit (whilst the same exact job was re-posted online few hours after I was contacted by HR to say it was a no). I enjoyed all the stages of the interview but just thought they should have been honest in saying that I was not the right fit, and that their search continues, not not mention anything instead of given inappropriate responses.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • I was asked a lot of sales strategy related questions, which I thought was great to discuss.
