I had an initial interview and was told the next step was to do an assessment. I spent a lot of time and effort on this project, but was told I wouldn't be moving on. It's really frustrating to spend hours just to not move to the second interview. Ridiculous!

Behavioral Presentation

The entire process was clear and took about three weeks. It started with an HR call about the job and my background. Then, I talked to the Director of Customer Success and got an assignment to finish in 5 days. After they reviewed it, I went for an onsite interview with 4 team members over 3 sessions. These chats were friendly. Finally, I had a 30-minute meeting with the CEO, which was a good chance to ask about the company's future and see how much Chris cares about his team and culture. I got an offer that same afternoon.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The interview process at ReviewTrackers was great. A friend referred me. I had an initial interview with Sam who was very professional and asked substantive questions about my background and interest in ReviewTrackers. She was upfront about the process. The next step was another phone interview with a Director to assess my background, personality, and cultural fit, which was a great and straightforward conversation. After that, Sam informed me about the next step: a written exercise on handling real-life scenarios, which I had a few days to complete. Upon successful completion, Sam let me know I'd made it to the next round, a 2-hour in-person interview with the team. I met several team members who discussed my work experience and fit for the company. Sam then updated me on the process and timeline for hearing back. Later that week, I learned I'd reached the final round, a phone interview with Chris the CEO. It was a very positive call, and Chris clearly cares about his employees and the organization. The next day, I received and accepted an offer. Overall, it was a great experience. The team was transparent about timelines and the process, friendly, and professional.
