Sales Development Representative
First, you’ll chat with the recruiter; it’s super easy, they just want you to introduce yourself and will tell you about the role. After that, you need to send in a 1-minute voicemail where you explain why you’d be a great candidate. Then, you’ll move on to the second round, which is all about showing your motivation. The questions are pretty basic, like asking you to introduce yourself, why you wanna work in tech, why sales, and what makes you a good fit.
- Can you introduce yourself and explain why you are a good fit for this role?
- Can you provide a 1-minute voicemail explaining why you'd be a great candidate?
- Can you introduce yourself?
Sales Development Representative
It starts with an initial phone call with their recruiters. Then, you have to submit a sample pitch for yourself and why you would be a great fit for the role over voicemail. Next is an hour and a half zoom call that starts with the HR team, then clips you in to shadow SDRs and ask them questions, before moving to a sales manager.
- Can you tell me about your greatest strengths?
- What would you say is your biggest weakness?
Sales Development Representative
Got a call, it was quick. Then I had an interview with the recruiter and sales manager. Both lasted about half an hour, and they explained the job well.
- Would you be comfortable with cold calling?
