It was quite tedious because they ask very difficult questions in the sense that you have to think and you don't have the time to do it, as companies always ask questions that even they don't know how to answer and based on that they decide if you are qualified for the position, basically a disaster

So they start you off with an online quiz, which is pretty basic logic stuff. Then there's a phone screen, and if you pass that, you get invited to a month-long online training. This training involves about an hour a day of assignments, project building, and quizzes. It all builds up to a final project review and a technical screening. If you do well there, they'll invite you to a three-month campus training program (mine's in Tampa, FL). During these three months, you get paid minimum wage, and then you have interviews to get placed on a client project with a two-year contract. I'm still in the training phase, and it's a lengthy process, but it feels like a good move since getting into the industry can be super tough without some kind of entry point. I'm learning Java, which I think is a solid skill to have, even though it can be a bit of a pain sometimes, haha.

First, a recruiter reached out to me about a skills test. If you pass that, you get scheduled for a 3-month training program. During the training, there are a bunch of evaluations to see if you can stay in the program. Towards the end of the training, there are interviews to get placed with a client.
