The interview process felt really organized and went smoothly. It started with a basic technical check, looking at my fundamental knowledge, how I think logically, and if I can communicate well. The person interviewing me was professional and asked about my basics, how I solve problems, and if I'm eager to learn. The whole thing was open and fair, and I got a good idea of what they were looking for before moving forward with Revature.

Technical Coding

It was a pretty straightforward interview, nothing too fancy. They asked some basic Java and SQL questions, and also about the Software Development Life Cycle. The interviewers weren't super deep, pretty much like an average Comp Sci grad. Nothing too crazy, basically just to filter out people who just clicked on the job online without any real skills. Just be upfront about what you know and don't know, and you'll do fine.

So the interview process had three rounds in total. First up was an online test, which had some aptitude questions, technical MCQs, and then two coding questions, one in Java and the other in SQL. After that, I had a technical interview over Microsoft Teams where we talked about my project experience and my technical knowledge. The last round was an HR interview, also on Teams, where they asked behavioral questions and we chatted about relocation and my availability.
