So there was a group interview and also a personal 10-minute interview. We also had a group task that tested our logic and time management. Working well in a team was important, and it wasn't essential to complete the task perfectly because behavior was the main focus.

The interviews were pretty chill. I had 3 interviews, and they were mostly behavioral. They didn't ask many technical questions, and the ones they did ask were really easy. You just need to know about the company and what they do in the real estate space.

Had one recorded interview. Got contacted in about a week for a 30-minute chat with associates, followed by a 30-minute chat with VPs. The whole process was super easy. They said I'd hear back in two weeks, but it's been over a month now. I've sent two follow-up emails. It's really unprofessional to ghost a candidate like this.
