Had a call with HR about my experience. They asked a lot about my duties and past experience and challenges. They didn't ask about me personally, my life outside work, or my preferences. A lot of questions were about my knowledge of the company. Not many advantages and time sheets. No company cars and fixed salaries for each seniority level.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process involved 4 interviews. Initially, I spoke with the VP of Talent Acquisition, who was very pleasant. The next step involved meeting two team members who were welcoming and asked insightful questions. Following that, I was given a work product task: a PowerPoint presentation about the role and my interest in it, with a 48-hour deadline, which I finished over a weekend. The final interview was with an AVP of HR and the AVP of the department. During the HR interview, the interviewer paused to attend to a boiling pot, which seemed unprofessional. The department AVP was, however, friendly and approachable.

The interview process involved 4 interviews. The first was technical, covering corporate finance and a modeling exercise. Then there was another technical round, followed by a final fit round with the partners. The third round with the partners is expected to be the toughest, but studying the red book should prepare you well.

Behavioral

I interviewed with three people from the team, who were all super nice, welcoming, and smart. But, the admin stuff was a mess. I barely heard back from the recruiter, they kept messing up my name, and after I was rejected, they sent me the exact same generic email they sent everyone else, which is weird because they talk about growing and learning. I did a ton of research and was really excited, but their actions didn't match their words on communication and being upfront.
