I applied online and had an initial screening with HR. They said I'd get feedback in 7-10 days, regardless of the decision. Months went by, and I followed up a few times but was ghosted each time. Without any feedback, I reached out one last time and they confirmed I was still in the hiring process. A few weeks later, I got an automated rejection with no feedback. It's unprofessional to ghost candidates for months, especially when they say they value them. They also mentioned there was no room for growth, which is unusual.

Went through a few rounds of interviews, starting with the recruiter, then the hiring managers, team members, and directors. Pretty laid-back discussions overall. The whole thing took about 3-4 weeks, which felt a bit lengthy. There was also an opportunity to ask any questions you had about the role and the company.

The first call was pretty chill, felt like a low-pressure, easygoing chat. But then after I applied, I didn't hear anything for like three months. No updates, no clue about what was next. I get that HR might be swamped, but a heads-up would've been nice so I could've looked elsewhere sooner. Honestly, I wish they'd just let me know within a month, even if it was a 'no'. Also, heads up, they seem to really care about degrees over actual experience. If you don't have a degree, you might wanna think twice about applying.
