Behavioral Technical

I applied online and had an initial screening with HR. They said I'd get feedback in 7-10 days, regardless of the decision. Months went by, and I followed up a few times but was ghosted each time. Without any feedback, I reached out one last time and they confirmed I was still in the hiring process. A few weeks later, I got an automated rejection with no feedback. It's unprofessional to ghost candidates for months, especially when they say they value them. They also mentioned there was no room for growth, which is unusual.

Behavioral Technical

After applying, I had a 30 minute phone screen. The next week, we set up a 45 minute, in depth behavioral interview. The next step would be meeting with a leader. The emails were automated and let me know they have a great ATS system. The staff were informative, kind, and professional the whole time.

Behavioral Technical

I went through 3 rounds of interviews with different people at Revamp. They got back to me really quickly, usually within 48 hours about the next steps. The interviews were all really helpful and gave me a good sense of things. My role changed to a different supervisor, so I had an extra interview at the end, but I don't think that's normal.

It was a 4 step process. First, I had a phone call with HR. Then, I interviewed with the principal engineer for an hour. The third step was a panel interview with senior power engineers. The final step was another interview with the principal engineer. The whole thing took about a month from the first call to the offer.
