First, there was a phone screen talking about your experiences, how you handle situations, and how you multitask. Then there was a 30-minute Round 1, where some of the same questions came up. Round 2 was an hour long and more in-depth, asking about your strengths and weaknesses and your goals. They also asked for more than one answer to the same question.

Behavioral Technical

Applied by emailing my resume and cover letter. Got an email within a week to set up a 30-min phone screen, which was pretty standard. A few days later, they emailed to schedule an in-person interview. Before that, I had to submit writing samples and references, and do an online typing test. The in-person interview lasted 2.5 hours total. I spoke with three people: two senior employees for about an hour each, and one associate who did a practicum with me to check my attention to detail.

They could really improve this. They hit you with a ton of hypothetical/behavioral questions for a solid two hours. After you give an answer, they just ask for another example. And then another. It felt like I was talking to robots.
