Applied online and then had a phone interview a few days later. It wasn't much of an interview, more about checking availability and going over the job description. After finishing a tax questionnaire online, I started the job the following week.

I applied online and got a call about some basic stuff like if I had a car, auto insurance, and could legally work in the U.S. Then, I had an on-site interview at one of the stores. I dressed business casual, and the interview was pretty straightforward. After the questions, the team lead showed me around the store and gave me some basic info on what I'd be doing.

It was a very quick, easy, and fair interview process. If you have experience, you're pretty much hired. They weren't very informative about the dress code or reimbursement, but they were eager to hire. The interviewer was very nice, but the interview was scheduled with only 1 hour's notice from the call to set it up.
