First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ResultsCX.
Customer Service Representative
The interview was conducted over the phone. It covered standard questions about you, your background, your aspirations, your strong and weak points, and what you expect from the role. They also asked about your hobbies and your availability to start. The interviewer was very pleasant.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
Customer Service Representative
I was asked of the basics. Nothing too in-depth and it was quick. I was endorsed for final interview the next day. Overall, it was an interaction to get to the gist of why you want to apply for the company and some of your qualities as a person and an employee.
- Why did you choose ResultsCX?
Customer Service Representative
So I did the online application, and then Results cx emailed me the same day to do a personality test and an internet speed test if my system was compatible and speeds were good (unless they provide everything). After passing those, the next day I got an email to call a number to set up an interview. When I called, I had to follow the directions carefully because I accidentally pressed the wrong button while driving and thought I was a telemarketer, so the line went busy and I had to use my home phone. Once I set up the interview for the next day, I had a phone interview. They gave me an offer, I accepted, and they said I'd get an email to accept the offer and see the pay rate, followed by another email for an online background check. They also gave me a training date that lasts 5 weeks and is paid. I just need to go in for one day of orientation to pick up my equipment since it's provided. So the whole process including the interview was 3 days, and then it's 2 weeks until training starts.
- Do you have prior Call Center experience?
- How many years have you worked in a Call Center?
- What's your source for learning about our Company?
