First, they gave me a call to check if I'm currently employed, asked about my notice period, if I have experience, and why I want this job. They said if everything looks good, they'll call me back in two days to set up an interview with the department head to discuss the role and salary more. I was told the job requires being in the office full-time for the first few months, but might switch to a hybrid setup later.

Applied online through a job board and got a video interview. Did a mock sales call then was offered the job on the spot. The pay is good for remote work and the only thing I would say is a con is the inconsistency of knowing what you were working on. Got moved to different teams often.

I waited on a Teams call for 47 minutes for a virtual interview, but no one showed up. It felt like a complete waste of time trying to schedule this. The whole scheduling process seemed automated, like no actual humans were involved. I ended the call and got an automated message asking about my experience, which felt like a joke.
