Started with a recruiter screen, then a 30-minute chat with the General Manager. After that, I had a 45-minute interview with the Director of Product, followed by a 45-minute session with both the Director of Product Implementation and the Director of Operations. The process wrapped up with a 30-minute meeting with the SVP of Product.

So I don't normally write reviews, even when I don't make it past the final stages. But this interview experience was really bad. After going through what felt like the whole process, I was told I was one of the last two candidates. Then, there was a lot of radio silence, and two more "final" rounds happened over a week. The last one felt like they just wanted free work. In the end, the hiring manager completely ghosted me, even though we had a good connection and talked directly on LinkedIn before. I wouldn't suggest interviewing here if you care about your time, because they clearly don't.

The interview was good, but I never really received a job description, it seems like I applied to a more general internship that they then chose you for specific interviews, and so it was harder to be prepared for the specifics
