Behavioral Technical

I got contacted pretty fast about a phone screen and then an interview. I felt like the interview went well and I enjoyed the time spent there. I sent a follow-up email to the people I interviewed with. They told me the position needed to be filled quickly and I thought I'd get feedback within a week, like the HR Manager promised. After a week, I emailed the HR Manager for an update because I didn't want to call and seem intrusive. I didn't hear back at all. A few days later, I saw the job posted again on other sites, so I figured that was their way of telling me they'd made a decision. Even though the interview process itself was quick and the job seemed like a good fit, not communicating with candidates is unprofessional.

Behavioral Case Other

The recruiter for Restaurant.com reached out to me after finding my resume online. They explained the job and potential earnings. Then I had a second phone call with the VP of the West Region, who asked about my expectations, why I wanted to work there, and my future goals with the company. After that, I had a one-on-one meeting with the Regional Sales Manager for my area in a hotel lobby. She asked me some challenging questions about how I'd get a specific number of signups in a month. I also had to take a personality test and my references were contacted. I got the job offer after about two weeks of interviews.

Case Presentation Technical

I sent in my application online about 2-3 months ago and then out of the blue they reached out. I had a phone call with HR, then another with a strategy analyst. After that, I went in for an in-person interview where I met the analyst I spoke with on the phone and a tech manager. Then, they called me back to meet another manager and I had to take a 1.5-hour Excel test. So that's 5 interviews and a skills test. The pay was a little over 30k. After everything, I didn't hear back for almost a month, even though I tried calling after two weeks with no answer.

Behavioral Presentation

I had a phone screen with my future boss. A couple of days later, I heard back and they wanted me to come in for an in-person interview. The boss and one of the staff interviewed me. It was a pretty standard interview where they described the job, asked about my past experiences, and I got to ask them any questions I had. They were quite candid in their responses, particularly about the company's uncertain future.
