The interview process included an initial 30-minute screening call with HR, followed by a second round with the team. This second round involved 30-45 minute interviews with the supervisor, group leader, and HR business partner. A case study round was typically part of the process but was waived for my interview.

The interview process had 5 rounds. It started with a recruiter screening, then a technical interview with the hiring manager. After that, there was a behavioral interview with the director, followed by a meeting with the VP. The process finished with an alignment and fit meeting with HR. It was a very structured and streamlined process that took about 3-4 weeks to complete. The recruiter was very communicative and coordinated everything throughout the entire process.

I applied online and had a recruiter call, then an interview with the hiring manager. After that, I interviewed with another leader, and then with the People Business Partner for EMEA. They didn't mention salary, which worried me because it's important. I think they should discuss salary early on so people don't waste time. I shared my salary expectations based on Glassdoor and my background. They took longer than usual to get back to me, and then I got an automated rejection. It felt like a lot of time was wasted.
