I got through two rounds of interviews, but after that, it was radio silence. Nobody from HR or the hiring team gave me any updates, and they totally ghosted me even though I'd made progress.

Had 3 interview rounds. Then, silence. No rejection, acceptance, or feedback. I followed up via email after being told I'd hear back in a few days, but got no response. The HR department was terrible.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I spoke with a recruiter from Responsive initially via phone. Then, I had a 45-minute interview with the Hiring Manager. Following that, I interviewed with the Director of Customer Success. Our 30-minute meeting was cut short to 20 minutes because she was late and we had audio issues. Next was a mock QBR with very minimal instructions. They questioned why I didn't include specific info, seemingly expecting me to guess what they wanted. Despite this one critique, all other feedback was really positive. I thought I'd make it to the final round with the COO, but I got a short email the next day saying I wasn't chosen. I asked for feedback since I'd had mostly positive comments throughout, but neither the Recruiter nor Hiring Manager replied. I felt I was a perfect fit and they seemed to agree, but I wasn't selected. So, the lesson learned is not to get too hopeful based on positive feedback, as the actual hiring decision often remains a mystery.
