The application process felt misleading and flawed. When I applied, the platform asked me for three references, and they said those are NEEDED to make sure the process goes efficiently. So I did submit contact information of my references. One of my references let me know that they got a request for reference from ResponsiveEdu so I thought maybe they were just gathering data before setting up the interviews. I thought they were sincere to want to include me in their candidate pool. But I was wrong. They never contacted me. Not even a courtesy email to let me know that the position has been filled. Needless to say, I was very disappointed that they reached out to my references without an interest in interviewing me.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process seemed good at first, and the interview staff were very nice. However, after being hired, I realized the company was chaotic and disorganized. The administration didn't seem to be in control of their new hires and the constantly changing environment. New teachers were left to figure things out on their own. The training was only 3 days in Lewisville, Tx, and it raised more fears and concerns instead of answering simple questions that would have reassured new employees about starting their journey with the company.

The hiring process was a bit messy. I got a letter saying the job was gone, then they said that was a mistake and I'd get an offer. Two weeks later, they called saying the job I applied for was gone but asked if I'd consider others. I said yes. Then I got a call with an offer for the original job. After I quit my old job, they told me my start date was delayed by a week. The interview itself was good, but the stuff afterwards wasn't great.

The interview experience was positive with dynamic questions and good feedback from the interviewers. They were friendly, asked me questions, and let me ask them questions. I liked that my direct supervisor interviewed me, and she presented herself professionally, just like she is every day.
