It was a total of three interviews. The first one was an informal phone call with an analyst to say hello. The second interview was non-technical with two analysts who asked about my OOP knowledge and personal projects. They also asked some scenario questions about how I would handle work tasks. After that, I had a technical interview where I had to solve some coding problems. The interview process overall was good, but it took them a long time to get back to me between interviews and to decide on an offer.

The interview process was pretty simple. First, there was an initial interview, and then a second interview with a lead developer and project manager that was more technical.

- I was informed on Friday that I got the job and we were negotiating salary. Then on Monday, I got an email stating I was no longer being considered and someone else was chosen. This is the worst treatment I have ever received from a tech company; do not waste your time and stay away.

I found RDI via Craigslist and also heard about them from people I knew. I sent my resume via email, and within three days, their recruiter called me. We had a casual chat about my education, my major, my career goals, and my future aspirations. After that, I was quickly scheduled for an interview. I met with the head of HR in his office, and we delved into more technical aspects of the job and my background, including my work history, experience with information systems, my career aspirations, and what I liked about RDI (it's important to do your research!), and what I had learned about the company. Following this, I had a final interview with both the head of HR and an analyst. This was the most technical part, with specific questions about programming styles, database structure, and how I would handle certain scenarios.
