Went through several rounds, first an online assessment then followed by an AC where we were asked about sustainability. Got a quick reply for final interview but bad experience was during final interview where the interviewer seemed disinterested from the very beginning. Asked the same question even though I had said the exact same thing in a previous answer, very clear he wasn't listening. Final interview ended very fast, seemed like I got rejected before the interview even ended.

The hiring manager and HR were professional and direct, focusing on understanding my strengths and past experiences. They were also open about the team's current direction and shared their goals for the year. Overall, it was a positive experience.

The whole application process lasted about three months. First, there were two online assessments, which included personality questionnaires, short quizzes, and a video interview. Then, there was an assessment centre (AC). It was a relatively small session with around 10 people. They made an effort to make everyone feel comfortable. The tasks were a bit challenging, but there were no definitively right or wrong answers. During the AC, the panel asked tough questions about the group presentation, which was a good chance to show what you know and your soft skills. It was a pleasant experience overall, even though the process took a long time.
