The interview team was super unprofessional, rude, and closed-minded. They only understood their daily tech stack and couldn't discuss anything outside of that. Their questions were only about the specific things they deal with daily, not a real assessment of tech skills. If you missed one of their really specific, obscure questions, they got arrogant and rude. The whole hiring process was also a mess – HR only texted and always took ages to reply. Honestly, don't waste your time applying to their Sydney software team.

This was the worst experience ever. The first round involved average job-related questions along with 3-4 coding questions. The second round was a call with the onsite lead, scheduled late at night. This lead brought another person to the panel. The second person started asking questions without letting me finish my answers. I politely asked him 2-3 times to let me finish, but he kept interrupting, saying 'no-no, this is not right.' He wasn't willing to listen to my answers and wanted them structured exactly as he envisioned. After this, the onsite lead gave me one question, which I solved. However, I then experienced the classic HR ghosting. Despite multiple follow-ups, the HR department was too stubborn to spare 2 minutes to provide feedback.

There were two rounds of interviews scheduled. I only completed the first round with the hiring manager. The hiring manager talked about the team's current projects and what they're looking for. They asked some high-level software design questions and general behavioral questions.
