Had an initial phone screen with the recruiter where they asked basic HR stuff like salary expectations and when I could start. After that, they completely ghosted me. I followed up twice with no response. It was a really rude and unprofessional process.

Heard back relatively quickly for a phone screen, then advanced to onsite two weeks later. Phone screen was simple, asking about background and interest, salary requirements, etc. About a week and a half after the onsite interview, they got back with their decision, deciding to go with an internal candidate.

I applied online and got invited for a recruiter phone screen the next day. The recruiter was robotic and cold, going through standard questions like "walk me through your resume" and asking about experience with specific things. They didn't share much about the company and seemed to be reading from a script. The recruiter asked questions unrelated to the job description, which made me ask if it was the right position. They vaguely stated the JD can change. The recruiter continued with nonsensical and open-ended questions, and couldn't clarify when I asked. They gave short, incomplete answers to my questions, which was off-putting. I lost interest in the application process, even though the company seems cool.
