Mechanical Engineer
We started with a recruiter call to chat about my experience. Then, I had a call with the hiring manager. After that, I spoke with an HR business partner and the engineering director. The final step was a technical assessment.
- Tell me about your experience with technical questions related to design and process issues.
- Could you design a part based on the given design constraints?
Mechanical Engineer
The interview process was quite long, and unfortunately, I didn't receive an offer. Five people interviewed me, but it didn't work out. I'm just typing this for fun, maybe I need to write more.
- Was it very hard?
- It was very long.
Mechanical Engineer
The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first round was with the hiring manager and included some technical questions related to mechanical parts. The second round was with the CEO and a principal engineer, where I was asked about my previous working experience and my routine job.
- What keeps you motivated as an engineer?
