Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Resmed.
Manager
I had a good first interview with the talent rep at Resmed, who was very informative and explained the next steps. After a delay of over two weeks, I was informed I'd advance to the next stage. This involved interviewing with two more people, who stated I'd hear back within two weeks and that the talent rep would be my sole contact. It's now been almost four weeks since that interview, and despite multiple emails, I haven't received any communication, even a status update. While I understand decision-making can take time, the expectation of a two-week response has not been met, leaving me feeling ghosted and giving false hope, especially since my application status still shows as active. I had high hopes for this role due to personal connections at the company, and I believe this communication breakdown is particularly tough for those who critically need a job.

Senior Manager
Had a great experience. The team was very nice, warm, and knowledgeable. I interviewed with the Digital team and some great team members. From our discussion, I believe they have a great work culture in the organization.
- What do you consider to be the pitfalls of Agile Methodology?
Senior Manager
I got a call for a phone interview and gave my availability. Then, about 6 hours later, I got an automated message saying they weren't moving forward. It felt really unprofessional and like a total waste of my time.
- Can you tell me about your past experiences?
